nextView of the Estes Valley from the summit.  There was 1-2 MPH wind, IT WAS WONDERFUL!lastEstes Cone from the Longs Peak trailhead parking lot.  Alan hiked down in his tanktop!?! Someone needs to tell him it's January!
Right after Moore Park, the trail turns left and gets steeper. You can also hike up from Lily Lake and a private trailfirst Thankfully there were cairns to follow.  There was a little snow and we didn't have snowshoes.  I let Alan break trail.previous
