nextLongs Peak from the Estes summit.  Did I mention the weather was outstanding?  The Estes Trekkers were also on the summit.lastEstes Cone from the Longs Peak trailhead parking lot.  Alan hiked down in his tanktop!?! Someone needs to tell him it's January!
Right after Moore Park, the trail turns left and gets steeper. You can also hike up from Lily Lake and a private trailfirst Alan on the rocky summit of Estes Cone.  You have to scramble up the last bit, but it was easy by my standards.previous
